Average store-bought refrigerated cookie dough brands range from 19-28 grams per cookie. BAKR cookies are 42 grams - that's over 2x the size! 

Most cookie dough brands use oils in place of butter. We feel butter is important to provide the best cookie texture and flavor. We make our dough the way you would make it at home, yet always adding our own BAKR flair!

Browning butter is when butter is heated up until the milk solids caramelize. It’s a time intensive process but gives the melted butter a rich, toasted, and slightly nutty flavor. We brown our butter in small batches as a way to enhance the flavor of our original Brown Butter Chocolate Chunk and are always striving to elevate your cookie experience.

Flakey sea salt is large crystalized finishing salt used by bakers and chefs to amplify flavors. We include flakey sea salt packets in every Brown Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough bag to enhance the brown butter and chocolate notes in our cookie. We recommend sprinkling it on after baking, you'll be glad you did!

BAKR believes the best ingredients make the best cookies, which is why we do not use any artificial ingredients…ever!

We do not use preservatives to allow our dough to remain in the fridge like those other guys…please keep the dough frozen at all times.

Our frozen cookie dough last 8 months, reference the use by date on your package. Although, if the dough is in your freezer for 8 months, we think you need more cookies in your life :)

Please do not consume raw cookie dough, the 14-18 minutes of bake time will be well worth the wait!

1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

2) Place frozen cookie dough 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.

3) You're the BAKR, you decide the bake time: 14-16 minutes = ooey gooey, 16-18 minutes = crispy chewy.

Let cool and enjoy! 

Since we don’t add preservatives, once baked our cookies stay fresher if kept in an airtight container at room temperature or frozen. If kept at room temperature, cookies will be best if eaten in 1-2 days.  If kept frozen, baked cookies can last up to two months. But we always prefer baking fresh, which is why we have a resealable bag!  

We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure our packages deliver within 1-3 days. Orders are packed with dry ice in a thermal liner so your dough arrives safely. If dough is received warm, please do not consume and email Contact@BAKRcookies.com.

We currently ship to the continental United States (all 48 states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

To maintain the integrity of the dough, it needs to be cold at all times. This requires us to ship with dry ice, a high quality thermal liner, and expedited shipping.

We are based in Chicago, IL and manufacture in the West Loop!

All orders will ship with dry ice - handle the package with care and avoid direct contact with the dry ice. We recommend removing the cookie packages and leaving the dry ice in the original packaging to finish melting in a well-ventilated area, preferably outside and away from children or pets.
