Cancellations: 

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please email us at Contact@Bakrcookies.com. 

Returns:

Bakr products are made to order therefore all sales are final, and returns are not accepted.  

Processing Time:

All merch orders are made to order. You will receive an email upon shipment which should be within 2 weeks.
