    Great Cookies!

    I can’t say enough about the cookies. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is the delivery process was a little loose, in my opinion. It took 2 weeks for the order to arrive and upon the arrival, I was actually out of town. Had I not been alerted that they had been delivered, I would not have been able to have them placed in the Freezer.

    I have never baked cookies from pre-made cookie dough that were THIS GOOD! I received BAKR cookies at first as a gift, but have since returned to the website and purchased two packages. Will continue to buy more (probably for the rest of my life)

    Previous review: Have purchased this dough before and it was full of chocolate chunks. This batch of dough was very disappointing—especially given the premium price.
    Updated review June 2024: customer service and satisfaction is outstanding. Owner contacted me directly regarding concern over our less-than-stellar review over our second order with Bakr. She provided an option for us to try another batch of dough to see if there was an improvement in consistency of chocolate pieces in the cookies. The amount of chocolate was more evenly distributed and an improvement. I wonder if there was an issue with quality control in our second order (I.e., order contained two bags: one had salt packets and the second bag did not; one bag had very few chocolate pieces in the dough and the second bag contained plentiful chocolate). The order sent by the owner was consistent in all contents.

    We will continue to be patrons of Bakr cookies. The taste and texture are outstanding and the owner’s concern about our satisfaction with her product is a testament to the quality and integrity of the company.
